Morning Brew was founded in 2024 by Jack Stewart, just 16 at the time, with a simple goal: to craft cold brew coffee that’s as unique as it is delicious. Based in South Africa, every bottle is made by hand, right here in-house.

Cold brew is a method of making coffee by steeping coarsely ground beans in cold, filtered water for an extended period — usually between 12 and 24 hours. Instead of using heat to extract flavour, the long steeping process slowly draws out the natural oils, caffeine, and sugars from the coffee beans.

This gentle extraction results in a coffee that’s smoother, less acidic, and naturally sweeter than traditional hot-brewed coffee. Because it’s concentrated, cold brew can be enjoyed over ice, mixed with milk, or infused with different flavours — making it perfect for creating unique and refreshing iced coffee drinks.
